New: why do we sleep?


A recent study may have an answer why do we sleep?
We need around eight hours sleep and babies need 14 hours. Animals as pythons,
and bats are at over 18 hours a day. Sleep is necessary to function well.
The University of Los Angeles, made a study of the sleep times of differents animals.
First of all, migrating birds, can survive long periods without sleeping.
Coinciding with the animals that are more difficult to survive.
In general sleep helps make best use of limited resources
For example In humans recover the energy used, and we can act appropriately.
Study says people who sleep eight hours minimum has more lucky and beauty than others! Sleeping is very positive!
